SPONDYLOSIS
Treatment and Approach

Individually tailored exercises (kinesiotherapy)
We focus on exercises that strengthen the muscles around the spine and improve flexibility. This helps reduce the load on the spine, thereby alleviating symptoms.
Manual therapy
We use mobilization and massage techniques to reduce muscle tension and pain, which is particularly important for patients with spondylosis.
Electrotherapy
We apply various modalities such as Tecar therapy, SIS therapy (Super Inductive System), HILT therapy (High-Intensity Laser Therapy), Interferential currents, TENS therapy (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation). The goal is to alleviate pain, reduce inflammation, and promote circulation in the affected areas.
Needle therapy (acupuncture/dry needling)
These methods are used to reduce muscle tension and pain.
Education on ergonomics and proper posture
We provide advice and training on proper body posture and ergonomic practices to reduce pressure on the spine.
Chiropractic
This technique is used to improve mobility and reduce pain associated with spondylosis.
Spinal decompression
It can be a beneficial treatment for some patients with spondylosis. It reduces pressure on the discs and nerve roots in the spine, which can help alleviate symptoms such as pain and stiffness and promote healing.
