FIBROMYALGIA
Treatment and Approach

Individually adapted exercises
We develop exercise programs aimed at improving flexibility, strengthening muscles, and increasing tolerance to activity. This includes gentle aerobic exercises, stretching, and strengthening exercises.
Manual therapy
Gentle massage techniques are used to reduce muscle tension and alleviate pain.
Needle therapy (acupuncture/dry needling)
These methods can be useful for reducing muscle tension and chronic pain characteristic of fibromyalgia.
Electrotherapy
We apply various modalities such as Tecar therapy, SIS therapy (Super Inductive System), HILT therapy (High-Intensity Laser Therapy), Interferential currents, TENS therapy (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation). The goal is to alleviate pain, reduce inflammation, and promote circulation in the affected areas.
Our approach is focused on providing support and alleviating symptoms of fibromyalgia, enabling patients to improve their daily functioning and quality of life.
