Treatment and Approach

Stretching and Strengthening
The goal of exercises is to stretch and strengthen tendons and the muscles around them.
Electrotherapy
Various modalities such as Tecar therapy, SIS therapy (Super Inductive System), HILT therapy (High-Intensity Laser Therapy), Interferential currents, TENS therapy (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) are applied. The aim is to alleviate pain, reduce inflammation, and promote circulation in affected areas.
Manual Therapy
Massage and manipulation to improve tendon mobility and reduce tension.
Orthotic Aids
Immobilize the thumb in extension to maintain its mobility.
Mesotherapy
Medication is injected into the skin using special 4 mm needles, making mesotherapy almost painless, with significant advantages over standard drug administration, as it provides maximum effect with minimal doses.
