LOWER BACK PAIN
Treatment and Approach

Individually tailored exercises
Exercise programs are focused on strengthening the core muscles of the body, including the back and abdominal muscles, as well as improving flexibility and stability of the spine. This helps reduce pressure on the lower back and alleviate pain.
Manual therapy
Gentle mobilization, manipulation, and massage techniques are used to relieve muscle tension and lower back pain.
Education on ergonomics and proper posture
We provide advice on ergonomic practices and proper posture to reduce pressure on the lower back in daily activities.
Electrotherapy
We apply various modalities such as Tecar therapy, SIS therapy (Super Inductive System), HILT therapy (High-Intensity Laser Therapy), Interferential currents, TENS therapy (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation). The goal is to alleviate pain, reduce inflammation, and promote circulation in the affected areas.
Needle therapy (acupuncture/dry needling)
These techniques are used to reduce muscle tension and pain.
